Shipping costs a flat rate fee of $30, is sent via FedEx with insurance and requires a signature.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Cimelio Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered.
Cimelio Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
If your package is sent back to Cimelio Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Items shown “in stock” are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.
An item “out of stock” will have an indicated lead time on the individual product page.
